▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nano-composite energetic material uses porous graphene as a support carrier. The nano-copper oxide and nano-aluminum powder are uniformly dispersed on a surface of the porous graphene. The mass ratio of copper(II) oxide and porous graphene to aluminum is (3-5):1. The mass ratio of copper(II) oxide to the porous graphene is (50-100):1. USE - Aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nano-composite energetic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nano-composite energetic material with increased contact distance between aluminum powder and copper oxide, reduced mass transfer distance, increased contact area of aluminum powder and copper oxide, controlled energy release rate, accelerated burning rate, improved combustion efficiency, increased specific impulse, and high product purity, by simple, safe and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nano-composite energetic material, which involves (1) adding porous graphene to mixed solution of copper nitrate and glacial acetic acid, ultrasonically dispersing, increasing the temperature to 100-130 degrees C, adding sodium hydroxide to react, reacting for 15-30 minutes, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nanocomposite material, (2) adding the obtained copper(II) oxide/porous graphene nanocomposite material to organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding nano-aluminum powder, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene solution, and (3) centrifuging the aluminum/copper(II) oxide/porous graphene solution, and vacuum drying.
