NOVELTY - Titanium carbide-yttrium oxide composite reinforced graphene-coated copper-based contact material comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% titanium carbide, 0.1-1 wt.% yttrium oxide, 10-25 wt.% tungsten, 1-10 wt.% chromium, 0.5-5 wt.% molybdenum, and 57.5-87.9 wt.% graphene-coated copper. USE - Titanium carbide-yttrium oxide composite reinforced graphene-coated copper-based contact material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high conductivity, high strength, low cut-off value, excellent wear resistance, good arc erosion resistance and fusion welding resistance, and is easy for industrial production.
