NOVELTY - The method involves pressing an embossed design pattern across a thin film of ethylene tetraflouroethylene against a graphite source. The design pattern is heated to a temperature above 255 degrees Celsius until a graphene layer, bi-dimensional compounded per sp2-chain of hybrid carbon atoms in honeycomb configuration, adheres to the film. The film is removed from the graphite source, delaminating and forming a graphene layer on the film. The cable (1004) has one or more openings on one or more of the film surfaces that allow electrical connection access to the graphene layer. USE - Method for manufacturing room temperature low resistivity flat graphene cable for portable photovoltaic generator, such as used in cellular phones, smartphones, tablets, handsets and other similar portable electronic devices.
