▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Simple preparation method of aluminate modified graphene oxide lubricating oil extreme pressure antiwear agent, comprises (i) uniformly dispersing the multi-layer graphene oxide in the aluminate coupling agent by ultrasonic, and completing the reaction at a specific temperature, (ii) centrifuging the mixed solution to obtain aluminate coupling agent-modified graphene oxide, and (iii) adding the aluminate coupling agent modified graphene oxide slurry into the lubricating oil in a certain amount as an extreme pressure antiwear agent. USE - The method is useful for simple preparation method of aluminate modified graphene oxide lubricating oil extreme pressure antiwear agent. ADVANTAGE - The antiwear agent has excellent anti-wear performance and extreme pressure performance as an extreme pressure and antiwear agent for lubricating oil. The method is simple and low cost, and realizes mass production and industrial-grade application, reduces the cost of functionalized graphene, has mild reaction conditions and environmentally friendly.
