USE - Method for directly synthesizing heteroatom-doped graphene such as nitrogen-doped graphene, nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene, and nitrogen and phosphorus doped graphene by small biological molecules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesis of heteroatom-doped graphene with large size, ultra-thin thickness, and high specific surface area.
