▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous polyurethane coating comprises a component (A) and a component (B) in a mass ratio of 5-7:1. Component (A) comprises 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide/hydroxypropylene dispersion (a1), 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide/hydroxypropylene emulsion (a2), 5-10 pts. wt. PTFE wax emulsion, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. fumed silica, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon powder, 5-8 pts. wt. corrosion-resistant powder, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. wetting and defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. explosion-proof antifoam additive, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. rheological additive, 2-5 pts. wt. cosolvent, and 5-10 pts. wt. deionized water. Component (B) comprises 60-80 pts. wt. aqueous isocyanate curing agent and 20-40 pts. wt. cosolvent. USE - Aqueous polyurethane coating is used for coating wind power equipment and petrochemical equipment. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous polyurethane coating enables formation of thick coating film having excellent corrosion resistance for long period of time, acid resistance, wear resistance, and alkali resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous polyurethane coating, which involves mixing component (a1), portion of deionized water, dispersant, wetting and defoaming agent, explosion-proof antifoam additive, PTFE wax emulsion, fumed silica, titanium dioxide, silicon fine powder, corrosion-resistant powder and cosolvent, grinding resultant mixture to product having a fineness of 20 mu m, adding component (a2), and remaining deionized water, mixing, adding rheological additive, adjusting viscosity of resultant mixture to 80KU, obtaining component (A), mixing the aqueous isocyanate curing agent and the cosolvent, and obtaining component (B).
