▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing resin-based ceramic friction material involves i. ball-milling phenolic resin and fly ash to obtain a resin matrix for later use; ii. carrying out graft compounding on graphene oxide and polycarbosilane through a first silane coupling agent to obtain a precursor; then, under an inert atmosphere, placing the precursor at the temperature of 1000-1500 °C and preserving heat for 5-30 minutes to obtain ceramic particles; iii. grafting polyacrylamide to the surface of the ceramic particles through a second silane coupling agent to obtain modified ceramic particles; and uniformly mixing the resin matrix and the modified ceramic particles, then placing the mixture into a preheated mold for hot press molding, and then taking out the mixture for heat treatment. USE - Resin-based ceramic friction material for use in the preparation of a brake pad (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin-based ceramic friction material has low preparation cost and simple method.
