NOVELTY - Graphene enhanced nano bi-continuous abrasion-resistant aluminum-based composite conductor comprises 98-99.9 wt.% aluminum rare earth alloy powder and 0.1-2 wt.% powder graphene. The aluminum rare earth alloy powder comprises 8 wt.%, 10 wt.%, 12 wt.% cerium, 0.1- 0.6 wt.% magnesium, 0.5 wt.%, 1 wt.%, 1.5 wt.%, 2 wt.% yttrium, 0.2-0.5 wt.% zirconium, 0.1 wt.%, 0.3 wt.%, 0.5 wt.% erbium, 0.1-0.5 wt.% praseodymium, 0.1-0.5 wt.% lanthanum, 0.05 wt.% iron, 0.15 wt.% silicon, less than 0.1 wt.% impurity, and aluminum (remaining). The first protective atmosphere is argon gas and the second protective atmosphere is argon gas, nitrogen, helium gas and neon gas. USE - Used as graphene enhanced nano bi-continuous abrasion-resistant aluminum-based composite conductor. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductor: has excellent mechanical property, high conductivity, good wear resistance, and high temperature performance, and has excellent thermal conductivity and self-lubricating property at the same time of enhancing the strength of the composite material.
