NOVELTY - The multiplier has an output coaxial connector located at ends of a chamber. A cavity assembly is provided with a cavity and an input coaxial connector. A graphene frequency multiplier high frequency substrate is provided with a high frequency dielectric substrate. An input reflection network is formed on the dielectric substrate. The input reflection network and an output reflecting network are respectively located at front and rear ends of a graphene. A total reflection part reflects fundamental wave and sends to-be-recovered harmonic components to the input reflection network. USE - Graphene odd harmonic frequency multiplier. ADVANTAGE - The multiplier can improve graphene doubler doubling efficiency, and is inexpensive, and realizes harmonic suppression.
