NOVELTY - Preparing graphene self-lubricating aqueous anti-corrosion coating comprises (1) using graphene powder, and graphene layer number of 1-20 layer, (2) adding distilled water into the graphene container, preparing graphene solution, according to the mass ratio of graphene and water is 1:50-20000, (3) placing obtained solution into an ultrasonic oscillator for oscillating uniformly, oscillating for 1-360 minutes, and the oscillation temperature is 1-100 degrees C, and (4) mixing polyimide emulsion with graphene solution according to mass ratio of 1-40000:1 and and stirring uniformly, and the concentration of polyamide-imide emulsion is 0.1-1000 g/l. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene self-lubricating aqueous anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is economical, has high temperature resistant, simple operation and uniform size distribution.
