▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a modified graphene comprises (i) dispersing graphene and ferric chloride in water, adding ammonia water in dropwise under ultrasonic conditions, until the pH of the solution is greater than 10; (ii) filtering the above solution to obtain a graphene iron hydroxide composition powder; and (iii) heating the above graphene iron hydroxide composition powder in a protective atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing a modified grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method is uniformly distributes the graphene in the coating; and improves the conductivity of the coating performance and closure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) modified grapheme, is prepared by the above method; (2) graphene conductive coating, comprising 5-50 pts. wt. modified grapheme, 10-50 pts. wt. resin, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 30-100 pts. wt. diluents; (3) producing a graphene conductive coating, comprising (i) dispersing modified graphene into diluent, dispersing using a high speed disperser, (ii) adding a dispersing agent in the solution, continuously dispersing for more than 30 minutes at more than 2000 revolutions/minute (rpm), (iii) adding the resin to the solution, dispersing with a high-speed disperser, rotating at more than 1000 rpm, dispersing for more than 30 minutes, and (iv) adding a leveling agent and an defoaming agent in respectively, and dispersing; and (4) electrothermal device comprising a graphene conductive coating.
