▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a plane glass substrate. A parylene film is prepared on a surface of the plane glass substrate. A release layer is taken as a conductive film. A layer of polyimide film is prepared on a surface of the parylene film. A graphene is prepared on a surface of a transparent insulating film by using a laser induced graphene technology of a short wavelength laser light source. A graphene fine pattern is formed on the surface of the transparent insulating film. The polyimide transparent insulating film is peeled off from the surface of the plane glass substrate to obtain an ultra-thin flexible graphene transparent conductive film. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene transparent conductive film in ultra-fine conductive pattern.
