NOVELTY - The component has a metal structure (101) which is composed of a metal to be oxidized. One of the second coating film and the third coating film is composed of a plastic film or a graphene film that blocks infiltration of water and oxygen to the side of the metal structure, and the other is composed of a cell membrane that blocks infiltration of ions to the side of the metal structure.
