NOVELTY - The component has a metal structure (101) which is composed of a metal to be oxidized. A first coating film (102) covers the surface of the metal structure and is formed in contact with the surface of the metal structure. A second coating film (103) covers the outer surface of the first coating film and is formed in contact with the outer surface of the first coating film. A third coating film (104) that covers the outer surface of the second coating film and is formed in contact with the outer surface of the second coating film. The first coating film is composed of pure water containing no dissolved oxygen. One of the second coating film and the third coating film is composed of a plastic film or a graphene film that blocks infiltration of water and oxygen to the side of the metal structure, and the other is composed of a cell membrane that blocks infiltration of ions to the side of the metal structure. USE - Metal component. ADVANTAGE - Since the surface of the metal structure is covered with the first coating film composed of pure water containing no dissolved oxygen, the deterioration of the metal structure due to the metal structure can be prevented without generating any wasteful cost.
