DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing heat-radiating and shielding composite sheet, which involves preparing graphene ink composition comprises metal first layer and chemically modified graphene, connecting first layer to the negative electrode and connecting counter electrode to positive electrode to support graphene ink composition accommodating in first reaction tank, forming second layer as graphene layer on surface of first layer by applying power to cathode and anode.
