NOVELTY - The method involves forming a heat radiator film with a protection layer. An oxidation graphene film is prepared by using gas-liquid interface forming process. The protection layer is formed on a back cover of mobile phone. A drying process of the oxidation graphene film is performed. The oxidation graphene film is converted into a graphene thin film by using low temperature chemistry reduction process. A cleaning process of the graphene thin film is performed. The protective layer is removed on the back cover of the mobile phone. An adhesive tape is fixed in the back cover. USE - Mobile phone rear cover heat radiator film manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing low film manufacture cost, quick manufacturing speed and better batch production effect.
