NOVELTY - A display device comprises an electrode (I) containing a two-dimensional material, formed on a substrate. A pixel defining layer formed on the electrode (I), exposes the electrode which also comprises a light emitting layer. An encapsulation layer comprising a two-dimensional material is formed on an electrode (II) provided on the light emitting layer. The two-dimensional material of the device, has a slope of a 2D-peak position to a G-peak position, measured by Raman spectroscopy, within 1.7 to 2.7. USE - OLED display device is used in electronic devices such as smartphones, digital cameras, laptop computers, navigation devices and smart televisions. ADVANTAGE - The display device has controlled number of layers of exfoliated two-dimensional material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the manufacture of display device, which involves: 1) forming a two-dimensional material component comprising a multi-layer structure, each layer comprises two-dimensional material, a metal layer formed on the two-dimensional material component and a thermal release tape formed on the metal layer; and 2) exfoliating layer(s) of the multi-layer structure of two-dimensional material component, utilizing the thermal release tape.
