NOVELTY - A graphene polymer sheet consists of a graphene film-forming resin and a reinforcing material in a mass ratio of 1:(2.5-3.5), preferably 1:3. The graphene film-forming resin comprises graphene and resin composition such that the mass ratio of graphene and resin is 1:(500-990), preferably 1:900. USE - Graphene polymer sheet is used in military, aircraft and ship applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene polymer sheet is environmentally-friendly as no toxic substances are used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene polymer sheet, which involves cutting copper foil with a purity of 99.99% to a thickness of 50-100 mu m and a width of 20-1300 cm, washing with absolute ethanol 2-3 times and then with water 1-3 times, drying, placing the dried copper foil in a continuous high-temperature zirconium furnace in nitrogen, vacuumizing to 5-10 Pa, closing the vacuum pump, maintaining for 1-20 minutes, supplying nitrogen at 80-100 L/minute and 95 KPa, opening the vacuum pump, vacuumizing to 5-15 Pa, closing the vacuum pump, supplying nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas at 5-15 Pa, heating to 950-1250 degrees C, heat-preserving for 20-50 minutes, stopping nitrogen/hydrogen mixed gas, opening the vacuum pump to 5-10 Pa, supplying mixed gas of methane and hydrogen at 5-15 Pa, closing the vacuum pump, depositing for 5-30 minutes, starting vacuum pump, pumping gas into the furnace, inletting nitrogen at 80-100 L/min for 5-30 minutes, reducing temperature to room temperature, forming graphene film on the surface of copper foil, peeling the copper foil by electrochemical bubbling, cooling at 30-50 degrees C/minute, crushing the obtained graphene film to 50-300 mesh, adding the powder to resin, uniformly mixing to obtain graphene film-forming resin, kneading the film-forming resin and reinforcing material, drying the mixture to a water content of 7%, pressing the dried mixture at high pressure and 165-195 degrees C and 50-100 Pa/cm, and drying at 30-55 degrees C. The volume ratio of nitrogen and hydrogen is (200-2000):1, the flow ratio of mixed gas is 50-80 L/minute, and the flow rate is 500-800 sccn. The volume ratio of methane and hydrogen is 1:1, the flow ratio of mixed gas is 50-80 L/minute, and the flow rate is 100-300 sccn.
