NOVELTY - The method involves forming a solution containing a graphene sheet and an insulating polymer. A solution containing the graphene sheet and the insulating polymer is coated on a surface of a current collector (11) to form a graphene sheet region and a growth layer (12) including an insulating polymer region. The insulative polymer is provided with polyvinylidene fluoride. The current collector is provided with the copper film. USE - Manufacturing method of cathode for lithium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The chemical reaction of lithium ions takes place only through the side wall of the collector, whereby the growth of the dendrite is induced in the lateral direction of the current collector to suppress the growth of the dendrite, thus high energy density long life and stability are ensured.
