NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance anti-wear material added with sulfonated graphene comprises (i) mixing superfine coke powder, graphite powder and sulfonate solution uniformly to obtain a mixture, adding asphalt for the first time in the mixture, kneading at 100-180degrees Celsius for 2 hours, adding asphalt for a second time, continuously kneading for 2 hours at 100-180degrees Celsius, cooling to obtain the material, (ii) crushing and grinding the obtained material to obtain the powder with particle diameter less than 70 mum, performing isostatic pressing treatment to the pressure powder to obtain the blank and (iii) sequentially roasting the blank, soaking the first asphalt, roasting for second time and graphitizing the blank, where the density of the obtained product is greater than 1.90 g/cm3, the Shore hardness is 70-90, the graphitization degree is more than 60%. USE - The material is useful as inorganic non-metal graphite sealing material used in fuel pump of engine fuel supply system. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses micro powder as main raw material, using sulfonated graphene solution with concentration of 10% as additive; improves hardness and graphitization degree of the graphite substrate; improves the strength of graphite product; satisfies the use requirement of the graphite high performance anti-wear material and adopts roasting technique for improving the yield.
