NOVELTY - Immobilization of antifouling enzyme on surface of graphene oxide involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in an aminoalkoxysilane-toluene solution, obtaining a suspension, obtaining a graphene oxide dispersion having concentration of 0.2-0.9 mg/ml, stirring at 10-80 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours, aminating surface of graphene oxide, centrifuging, purging nitrogen, adding glutaraldehyde, stirring at 5-40 degrees C for 0.5-40 hours, centrifuging, removing supernatant, dispersing resultant into a phosphate buffer, obtaining oxylated graphene oxide dispersion, adding an antifouling enzyme aqueous solution, stirring at 1-40 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours, washing with phosphate buffer solution and vacuum-drying. USE - Immobilization of antifouling enzyme on surface of graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple immobilization of antifouling enzyme on surface of graphene oxide.
