NOVELTY - Flexible structure comprises a flexible electrode unit, and porous dielectric unit laminated on the flexible electrode unit. The porous dielectric unit is made of a polymer material in which an electronegative material is dispersed. The porous dielectric unit includes multiple pores connected to each other in three dimensions through multiple connection passages. USE - The flexible structure is useful for a triboelectric generator, which is a wearable device attached to the skin or an implantable device inserted into the body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible structure: has excellent electricity generation performance; exhibits flexibility and elasticity, so it can be attached to different attachment surfaces; has high water repellency due to the surface roughness of the porous structure; and has good air permeability and high durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a flexible structure, comprising (i) forming a flexible electrode part on a substrate, (ii) forming an electronegative polymer coating layer including a thermosetting polymer and an electronegative material on the flexible electrode part, and (iii) forming a porous dielectric part by curing the negatively charged polymer coating layer by spraying steam and then drying.
