NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber material comprises (a) preparing multi-element heat-conducting filler and toughening resin compound, where the multi-element heat-conducting filler is a filler of resin-coated heat-conducting component, (b) preparing a first resin composition and a second resin composition, (c) preparing the resin base material by the first resin composition and the second resin composition and auxiliary agent, where the weight ratio of the first resin composition pellet and the second resin composition pellet is (1-3):1 and (d) taking the resin base material, graphene nano sheet, nitride of silicon nitride or boron nitride and corresponding auxiliary agent hot pressing forming, so as to prepare the carbon fiber material. USE - The material and the product are useful as a heat-resistant or heat-insulating material in a high-temperature environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical properties, heat resistance, heat insulation, processing and moldability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon fiber material comprises (a) preparing multi-element heat-conducting filler and toughening resin compound, where the multi-element heat-conducting filler is a filler of resin-coated heat-conducting component, (b) preparing a first resin composition and a second resin composition, (c) preparing the resin base material by the first resin composition and the second resin composition and auxiliary agent, where the weight ratio of the first resin composition pellet and the second resin composition pellet is (1-3):1 and (d) taking the resin base material, graphene nano sheet, nitride of silicon nitride or boron nitride and corresponding auxiliary agent hot pressing forming, so as to prepare the carbon fiber material, where the weight ratio of each raw material is 100 pts. wt. resin base material, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene nano sheet, 0.3-1 pts. wt. nitride and 0.5-2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, the preparation of the first resin composition is taking polyhexamethylene adipamide resin, polyetherimide resin, polybismaleimide resin, toughening type resin compound, multi-element heat conducting filler, chopped carbon fiber and auxiliary agent and the preparation of the second resin composition is polyether-ether-ketone, polyphenylene sulfide, cyanate resin, toughening type resin, multi-element heat conducting filler, chopped carbon fiber and proper auxiliary agent. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a carbon fiber material or a product containing the carbon fiber material; and (2) preapring the product comprising (a) preparing carbon fiber/polyimide film layer, pre-soaking treatment of the carbon fiber cloth layer, making the carbon fiber material into film, obtaining carbon fiber material layer, (b) orderly overlapping the carbon fiber/polyimide film layer, carbon fiber material layer, carbon fiber prepreg layer in the mold, so that the carbon fiber material layer between the carbon fiber prepreg and carbon fiber/polyimide film layer, the hot press inner film; starting heating at a rate of 10 degrees C/min, keeping at 280-290 degrees C for 30minutes, starting heating at a rate of 5 degrees C/min, raising the temperature to 340-400 degrees C, keeping the constant temperature for 30-60minutes, slowly cooling under the constant temperature of 4-5MPa, releasing pressure, when the temperature is reduced to 120 degrees C and demolding to obtain the product, where the product further comprises a carbon fiber/polyimide layer and a carbon fiber cloth layer as the surface covering layer, the carbon fiber/polyimide film layer preparation method is preparing the polyamic acid by dimethyl acetamide solvent into solution with mass fraction of 3-5%, performing ultrasonic dispersion for ultra-short carbon fiber for 15-30minutes, standing and dipping for 6-12hours to precipitate, removing the upper redundant liquid, obtaining carbon fiber dispersion liquid, levelling or casting the carbon fiber dispersion liquid to obtain film, drying the film to gelation, obtaining carbon fiber/polyamic acid cast film, and washing by ethanol, heating the obtained casting film to 350-400 degrees C for amination treatment for 0.5-1hours, fully dehydrating and cyclizing the polyamic acid to obtain the polyimide film, applying pressure of 0.5-1MPa in the mold to press to form film, obtaining the carbon fiber/polyimide film layer material, the pre-soaking treatment comprises selecting carbon fiber cloth, washing anhydrous ethanol and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, dissolving the toughened resin and alkynyl phenolic resin in DMF/acetone mixed solvent in a weight ratio of 1:3-5, preparing into mixed glue solution with total mass concentration of 10-30% and dipping the carbon fiber cloth, drying at 120 degrees C after dipping to remove solvent, pressing for 10-30seconds under the 180-200 degrees C of 5-6MPa, keeping the temperature at 150-160 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, cutting, so as to obtain the pre-soaking treatment of the carbon fiber cloth layer.
