NOVELTY - Preparing capacitive flexible sensor involves bonding two composite sheets together to obtain capacitive flexible sensor, preparing composite sheet, bonding film for preparing graphene to surface of substrate, and utilizing laser direct writing process printing graphene electrode pattern on film, providing encapsulation layer on surface of graphene electrode pattern, and stripping graphene electrode pattern with encapsulation layer from substrate and providing isolation layer on side of graphene electrode pattern in contact with substrate, and connecting end of the graphene electrode pattern to wire to obtain composite sheet. USE - Method for preparing capacitive flexible sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare capacitive flexible sensor that improves preparation efficiency and reduces preparation cost.
