▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves using the metal cleaning agent insulator material for ultrasonic cleaning, and the cleaned material is naturally dried for later use. A two-dimensional material with a large aspect ratio is uniformly dispersed in a solvent by ultrasonic-assisted means to obtain a certain concentration of nanosheet dispersion. The dispersion liquid is evenly coated on all surfaces of the metal/insulator material, and the metal/insulator material with the surface modification of the two-dimensional material is obtained after drying. The cleaning agent is provided with combination of several deionized water, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide solution, methanol, ethanol, acetone, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran and N, and N dimethyl formamide. The two-dimensional material comprises MXene, graphene, BN and MoS2. The solvent is selected according to the dispersion characteristics of the two-dimensional material. The coating mode comprises drop coating, spraying and spin coating. USE - Method for lifting metal/insulator insulating performance by using two-dimensional material used in electronic and electric technology field, power transmission network cable length and high voltage electric device number. Can also be used in large-scale industrial application. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient method for effectively improving metal/insulator material insulating performance. The method has strong universality, excellent breakdown resistance and electrical performance, suitable for large-scale industrial application. The two-dimensional material dispersion liquid only needs simple coating method to obtain stable coating with strong adhesive force. The surface coating technology accelerates the surface charge along the material surface migration process, accelerates surface charge attenuation speed. Because the thin film forms a shielding layer on the surface of the material, weakening the local electric field on surface of material to inhibit charge injection, and surface charge quickly along surface migration cannot be accumulated and stored in the film. Therefore, surface charge accumulation of modified sample is less and dissipation is fast.
