NOVELTY - A black matt polyimide film, comprises 0.5-12 %mass black pigment, 0.5-12 %mass matting agent and polyamic acid resin. The black pigment is a combination of carbon black and fluorinated graphene. The matting agent is an organic polymer material. The polyamic acid resin is diamine. The polyamic acid resin with solid content is obtained by polycondensation of dianhydride in an aprotic strong polar solvent. USE - Black matt polyimide film for use in electrical insulation field and electronic covering and packaging field. ADVANTAGE - The black matt polyimide film has high insulation strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of black matt polyimide film, which involves (S1) adding diamine to the aprotic strong polar solvent to dissolve and adding dianhydride step by step for reaction to obtain a polyamic acid resin, (S2) adding carbon black to the dispersion kettle, adding solvent (I), using dispersant for grinding and dispersing, the stirring kettle speed is 800-3000 rpm and the grinding time is 0.5-3 hours to obtain a black slurry, (S3) adding matting agent to the dispersing kettle, add solvent (II) for stirring and dispersing, the stirring kettle speed is 800-2500 rpm, the grinding time is 0.5-2 hours to obtain a white slurry, (S4) adding black slurry and white slurry to the polyamic acid resin, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain a black polyamic acid resin and (S5) casting black polyamic acid resin into a film, performing thermal imidization and performing longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching.
