NOVELTY - Preparation of fiber/graphene/carbon quantum dot/cobalt-nickel sulfide flexible electrode material involves immersing pretreated fiber fabric in a graphene oxide suspension, drying, repeating above process several times, obtaining fiber/graphene oxide material, placing the fiber/graphene oxide material in an aqueous solution containing carbon quantum dots, hydrothermally reacting, obtaining fiber/graphene/carbon quantum dot electrode material, immersing the fiber/graphene/carbon quantum dot material in a hydrothermal reactor containing a nickel salt, a cobalt salt and a sulfur-containing precursor solution, and heating. The graphene oxide suspension is obtained by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water. USE - Preparation of fiber/graphene/carbon quantum dot/cobalt-nickel sulfide flexible electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of fiber/graphene/carbon quantum dot/cobalt-nickel sulfide flexible electrode material with high area ratio capacitance and power characteristics, and excellent cycle performance.
