NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible three-dimensional graphene-siloxane composite film involves (s1) adding measured hydrochloric acid into jacketed beaker, adding calcium silicide, stirring, centrifugally cleaning, placing the solid by centrifugation and vacuum-drying to obtain siloxane powder, and (s2) adding weighed graphite oxide and ultrapure water into a beaker, ultrasonically-dispersing to obtain graphite oxide dispersion liquid, adding weighed siloxene powder and sodium alginate, ultrasonically dispersing, vacuum-filtering, dipping the obtained composite film into a calcium chloride solution, drying obtained film at room temperature, placing the dried film on the top of a PTFE column, adding ethylenediamine, reacting to synthesize graphene-siloxene composite film, immersing and cleaning using ultrapure water and absolute ethanol, and drying. USE - Preparation of flexible three-dimensional graphene-siloxane composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method have advanced process, accurate and detailed data, and is simple and easy to scale method for preparing film. The film uses graphite oxide and siloxane as raw materials, uses sodium alginate to promote film formation, constructs a film through flow self-assembly and ethylenediamine gas-phase reduction conversion, has black film and siloxane is homogeneously intercalated between graphene sheets to form three-dimensional hierarchical pore structure. The device constructed of film has a light-emitting diode of 1.5V, maximum power density of 4000W and corresponding energy density of 16.33 W.h.Kg-1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of flexible three-dimensional graphene-siloxane composite film involves (s1) adding measured hydrochloric acid into jacketed beaker, adding calcium silicide under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring for 4 days at 0℃, centrifugally cleaning using alternately ultrapure water and absolute ethanol until the pH value of the supernatant to 6.0, placing the solid by centrifugation and vacuum-drying to obtain siloxene powder, and (s2) adding weighed graphite oxide and ultrapure water into a beaker, ultrasonically-dispersing to obtain graphite oxide dispersion liquid, adding weighed siloxene powder and sodium alginate, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, vacuum-filtering, dipping the obtained composite film into a calcium chloride solution for 12 hours, and drying obtained film at room temperature, placing the dried film on the top of a PTFE column, adding ethylenediamine, reacting in oven at 90℃ for 480 minutes to synthesize graphene-siloxane composite film, immersing and cleaning using ultrapure water and absolute ethanol, and drying at room temperature.
