▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnesium oxide-graphene composite heat-conducting insulating filler involves adding an aqueous magnesium salt solution to the aqueous solution of graphene oxide, and adjusting the pH value, performing heat treatment in-situ deposition reaction on graphene oxide to obtain magnesium hydroxide. The mass ratio of graphene oxide to magnesium salt is 1:0.1-1:100. The obtained magnesium hydroxide-graphene hybrid material is heated at 150-300 degrees C or higher in an inert atmosphere to obtain magnesium oxide graphene composite heat conducting insulating filler. USE - Method for preparing magnesium oxide-graphene composite heat-conducting insulating filler (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare magnesium oxide-graphene composite heat-conducting insulating filler is eco-friendly, has simple operation and easy scale production.
