NOVELTY - Preparing organic corrosive gas sensor based on stannic acid copper/two-dimensional titanium carbide composite material involves using the frequency of 1-15 MHz of the AT tangential silver-plated quartz crystal oscillator as quartz crystal microbalance gas sensor substrate, using acetone, ethanol before using respectively de-ionized water ultrasonic cleaning for 5.0 minutes, nitrogen blowing for further use, weighing 4.0-6.0 g titanium silicon carbide powder, under the condition of magnetic stirring, adding it to 150-250 ml hydrofluoric acid (HF) solution, etching, taking out after processing, using de-ionized water to wash until the pH value is 5.0-7.0, vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-4.0 hours to obtain titanium carbide powder. USE - Method for preparing organic corrosive gas sensor based on stannic acid copper/two-dimensional titanium carbide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good chemical sensitivity and thermal stability, large specific surface area similar to graphene and good conductivity, improves adsorption capacity of corrosive gas molecule, and effectively improves performance of gas sensor.
