▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material preparation involves stirring graphene oxide suspension (1-3%) in an ultrasonic device at 20-40 kilo Hertz for 0.2-2 hours, and then ferric sulfate solution (0.08-0.12mol/l), vanadium (0.16-0.24mol/l) and sodium silicate solution are added in an ultrasonic device, and then obtained mixture is stirred at 50-400 revolutions/minute. The obtained mixture is mixed with ammonium hydroxide for 0.5-4 hours, and then vanadic acid and graphene oxide in mass ratio of 100:5-10 are added in reaction vessel. Polyaniline is added in reaction vessel. USE - Method for preparing composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite material that has excellent electrochemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite material preparation involves stirring graphene oxide suspension (1-3%) in an ultrasonic device at 20-40 kilo Hertz for 0.2-2 hours, and then ferric sulfate solution (0.08-0.12mol/l), vanadium (0.16-0.24mol/l) and sodium silicate solution are added in an ultrasonic device, and then obtained mixture is stirred at 50-400 revolutions/minute. The obtained mixture is mixed with ammonium hydroxide for 0.5-4 hours, and then vanadic acid and graphene oxide in mass ratio of 100:5-10 are added in reaction vessel. Polyaniline is added in reaction vessel, where molar ratio of polyaniline and vanadic acid is 5-10:100 and then mixture is stirred for 0.2-0.6 hours at 150-250 revolutions/minute. The obtained mixture is filtered and washed to obtain product, which is dried to obtain desired product.
