▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrothermal ink comprises 5-20 wt.% three-dimensional graphene, 1-10 wt.% two-dimensional graphene, 1-5 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 5-20 wt.% conductive carbon black, 15-45 wt.% resin binder, 15-30 wt.% solvent, 1-10 wt.% dispersing agent, and 0.5-5 wt.% additive. USE - Used as electrothermal ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has low working voltage, high far infrared radiance, synergistic effect, stable electrothermal performance; can be operated under safe voltage of less than or equal to 36 V while satisfying the electrothermal performance standard; and is safe and environmentally friendly, and not easy to be oxidized, simple to prepare, and easy to mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electrothermal ink comprising mixing three-dimensional graphene, two-dimensional graphene, carbon nanotubes, conductive carbon black, a part of a resin binder, a solvent and a dispersing agent to obtain mixture, and pre-dispersing the obtained mixture to obtain pre-dispersed material; mixing the predispersed material, another portion of the resin binder, and the additive, and subjecting the obtained mixture to a grinding treatment to obtain the electrothermal ink.
