▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An oriented carbon nanotube array is grown by chemical vapor deposition. By using the oriented carbon nanotube array as a template and ethylene as a carbon source, a coaxial graphene layer is grown on the surface of the oriented carbon nanotube array by chemical vapor deposition to obtain an oriented carbon nanotube array with a core-shell structure. The obtained oriented carbon nanotube array is cut along diameter direction using a frozen section. During the cutting process, a highly controllable carbon nanotube array slices are obtained through the regulation of the feed distance. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotube array slices used for electrode material of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient preparation of carbon nanotube array slices. The length and diameter of the oriented nanotube array are precisely controlled. The lithium-ion battery provided with the electrode material obtained using the carbon nanotube array slices has excellent energy storage performance, and specific capacity of 245 mAh/g.
