▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified plastic film comprises (1) adding graphene powder to dimethylformamide and dispersing evenly with ultrasound to prepare graphene dispersion, (2) adding the corrosion-resistant resin powder to the graphene and dispersing uniformly by ultrasound to prepare a graphene/corrosion-resistant resin suspension, (3) immersing the corrosion-resistant non-woven fabric in the suspension, allowing to stand for a period of time, performing vacuum suction filtration, and drying to obtain a non-woven fabric material that deposits corrosion-resistant resin and graphene and (4) pressing and bonding by high-temperature copper plate contact to obtain a graphene-modified corrosion-resistant film. USE - The film is useful for lining PVC corrosion-resistant pipes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: is easily agglomerated; improves the modification effect of graphene; and has excellent corrosion resistance. The method is simple and economical.
