NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene based on high frequency magnetic oscillating stripping, involves adding concentrated sulfuric acid to concentrated nitric acid to obtain mixed acid, adding potassium permanganate and natural flake graphite, adding hydrogen peroxide, placing flake graphite to obtain mixed acid expanded graphite, mixing expanded graphite with magnetic particles, adding acetic acid and surfactant, stirring to form high concentrated stable emulsion, applying high frequency magnetic field to stabilized emulsion to obtain monolithic or less grained graphene product. USE - Method for preparing graphene based on high frequency magnetic oscillating stripping. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of graphene perfect graphene structure and excellent dispersion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene based on high frequency magnetic oscillating stripping, involves carrying out pre-intercalation treatment of natural flake graphite to obtain expanded graphite, arranging magnetic particles with active agent to obtain high concentration of emulsion, stripping the graphite using high-frequency magnetic oscillation to produce graphene. The specific process is carried out by (1) adding 98 %mass concentrated sulfuric acid to 80 %mass concentrated nitric acid, mixing and cooling to obtain mixed acid, adding potassium permanganate and natural flake graphite, stirring for 40-60 minutes, filtering, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide at a mass concentration of 30%, until no more gas is produced, washing the resulting product with water, filtering and drying, placing the flake graphite in the metal crucible at certain temperature to obtain mixed acid expanded graphite, (2) mixing expanded graphite with magnetic particles, adding acetic acid and surfactant, stirring to form high concentrated stable emulsion, (3) applying high frequency magnetic field to stabilized emulsion so that magnetic oscillation effect causes the emulsion to generate high frequency oscillation, stripping the expanded graphite to obtain monolithic or less grained graphene product.
