NOVELTY - Alloy comprises palladium, and gallium. USE - The alloy is useful for graphene growth catalysis (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) use of alloy in graphene growth catalysis; (2) preparing graphene comprising passing hydrocarbon gas, inert gas, and hydrogen gas mixture into reaction chamber, placing alloy into reaction chamber, heating the reaction chamber, melting alloy, the carbon element in hydrocarbon gas utilizes as carbon source, the alloy in liquid state is catalyst, to obtain graphene; (3) printing graphene comprising placing alloy on substrate in a reaction chamber, placing in a vacuum under a pressure of 10-3 Pa, heating the reaction chamber, melting the alloy, to obtain liquid alloys, adding magnetic powder to liquid alloy, to obtain liquid alloy and magnetic powder mixture, introducing hydrocarbon gas, inert gas, and hydrogen gas mixture into reaction chamber, where the carbon element in hydrocarbon gas is utilized as carbon source, adding liquid alloy as catalyst, obtained graphene as substrate to liquid alloy, introducing magnetic pole and magnetic force between hybrids, and controlling the movement of mixture, to obtain graphene print pattern; and (4) graphene printing device comprising a cavity is set with an air inlet, an air outlet and a heating device, the substrate is placed in a cavity body for carrying mixture of magnetic powder and graphene growth catalyst into magnetic pole, the motion vector direction is parallel the base plate utilized for controlling mixture moving, a magnetic powder feeding port is set on a base plate utilized for graphene growth catalyst by adding magnetic powder.
