NOVELTY - The device (100) has a substrate (110). A microchannel (150) is arranged on the substrate. Multiple electrodes are arranged spaced apart from each other on the substrate. A graphene sheet (170) is arranged between the substrate and the microchannel. A first through hole passes through the microchannel and contacts the second region. A second through hole is provided apart from the first through hole in a first direction and contacts the substrate while penetrating the microchannel. A connection pipe is provided between the substrate and the microchannel and connects the first through hole and the second through hole. USE - Blood coagulation measuring device for analyzing and evaluating electrical characteristics of blood using transistor element. ADVANTAGE - The blood coagulation measuring device comprises a graphene sheet that is disposed between a substrate and a microchannel, where multiple electrodes are disposed on the substrate, and thus enables to rapidly and accurately measure the doping effect of the graphene sheet.
