NOVELTY - Preparing polypyrrole/microcrystalline cellulose composite involves mixing 1.2mL of 0.1mg/mL graphene with 0.02mol/L cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is ultrasonically dispersed at 200-300 watt powder for 10-15 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion. 55-60g Microcrystalline cellulose is ultrasonically dispersed in 100-200mL deionized water for 20-30 minutes to obtain microcrystalline cellulose dispersion. The microcrystalline cellulose dispersion is filtered to obtain filtrate. The obtained filtrate is washed with deionized water. USE - Method for preparing polypyrrole/microcrystalline cellulose composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polypyrrole/microcrystalline cellulose composite, which is highly flexible, 0.35-0.45s/cm conductive and eco-friendly. The polypyrrole/microcrystalline cellulose composite has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polypyrrole/microcrystalline cellulose composite involves mixing 1.2mL of 0.1mg/mL graphene with 0.02mol/L cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is ultrasonically dispersed at 200-300 watt powder for 10-15 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion. 55-60g Microcrystalline cellulose is ultrasonically dispersed in 100-200mL deionized water for 20-30 minutes to obtain microcrystalline cellulose dispersion. The microcrystalline cellulose dispersion is filtered to obtain filtrate. The obtained filtrate is washed with deionized water at pH 7.0, and then dried at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 hours. The dried filtrate is homogenized in homogenizer at 30megapascals for 50-60 minutes to obtain homogeneous suspension. The obtained homogeneous suspension is placed in Soxhlet's extractor, and then filtered to form membrane after standing for 10-15 minutes. The obtained membrane is placed the obtained graphene dispersion to obtain composite. The obtained composite is placed in Soxhlet apparatus, and pressed at 80-85 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain microcrystalline cellulose flexible film. The microcrystalline cellulose flexible film is tiled into 500mL beaker, which is poured with 200-250mL pyrrole monomer. The pyrrole monomer is completely submerged in the cellulose film. The beaker is also added with 20-25mL of 10 wt.% ferric chloride solution, and placed in ultraviolet radiation box equipped with ultraviolet lamp. The ultraviolet radiation box is introduced with nitrogen to exclude air. The ultraviolet lamp is turned on, and irradiated for 25-30 minutes. The membrane is immersed in 30 wt.% ethanol solution, and cleaned by ultrasonic vibration at 200-300 watt powder for 5-10 minutes. The obtained product is vacuum-dried at 40-50 degrees C for 6-8 hours to obtain the composite.
