NOVELTY - A three-dimensional printing polymer powder material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. carbonate azacyclopyrimidine polycondensate, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. lignin fiber, 25-35 pts. wt. silicone-modified epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. carboxylated nitrile rubber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. The carbonate azacyclopyrimidine polycondensate is obtained by carrying out Michael addition polymerization of di((S)-((5S)-5-vinyl-1-azabicyclo(2.2.2)octane-7-yl)-(6-methoxyquinolin-4-yl)methyl)carbonate and 2,4-dimercapto-5,6-diaminopyrimidine. USE - Three-dimensional printing polymer powder material. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional printing polymer powder material has excellent liquidity, mechanical strength, flexibility, heat resistance, weather resistance and bonding fastness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polymer powder material, which involves mixing raw materials, adding the mixed material to twin-screw extruder, fusion-extrusion molding, granulating, crushing and sieving to obtain polymer powder material with particle size of less than 0.5 mm. The twin-screw extruder includes region (r1) at 190-200 degrees C, region (r2) at 205-210 degrees C, region (r3) at 215-220 degrees C, region (r4) at 220-225 degrees C and region (r5) at 225-235 degrees C, and has mold head temperature of 220-230 degrees C.
