NOVELTY - A magnesium oxide nanocrystalline-coated graphene-epoxy resin composite material is prepared using raw materials comprising epoxy resin, magnesium oxide nanocrystals-coated graphene composite material, curing agent and organic solvent. The mass ratio of epoxy resin and magnesium oxide nanocrystals-coated graphene composite is 10-1000:1. The addition amount of curing agent is 5-50%. The mass ratio of liquid magnesium oxide nanocrystals-coated graphene composite material and organic solvent is 5-20:1 mg/ml. USE - Magnesium oxide nanocrystalline-coated graphene-epoxy resin composite material is used for electronic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The magnesium oxide nanocrystalline-coated graphene-epoxy resin composite material has high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation characteristics.
