▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device (200) has a substrate, and a layer of graphene arranged over a portion of substrate. A conductive trace (230,240) is placed proximate to layer of graphene. Each liquid metal contact (250) electrically connects layer of graphene and the conductive trace. The liquid metal contacts comprises a eutectic alloy in stable liquid form over a temperature range of between about -19 degree C and about 1300 degree C. The liquid metal contacts portion of layer of graphene and an adjoining portion of the conductive trace. An encasing material (270) encloses the liquid metal contacts. USE - Graphene-based device with liquid metal contacts. ADVANTAGE - The device withstands a variety of shapes and contours while reducing or eliminating the junction resistance.
