NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensitive layer formed on a substrate and provided with pair of electrodes. The electrodes are connected to an ohmmeter by an electrode lead wire. The sensitive layer is coated with graphite carbon nano-tube composite material. The graphite carbon nano-tube composite material is deposited on the substrate by performing chemical vapor deposition operation. The substrate is fixed with a quartz sheet. A catalytic metal foil is formed as a copper foil or nickel foil. USE - Resistance based graphene carbon nano-tube composite material humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, convenient to carry and inexpensive, and has high reliability and high production yield, and reduces reaction time consumption. The sensor realizes graphene carbon nano-tube composite material preparing process by adopting chemical vapor deposition technique. The sensor improves optical and electrical characteristics so as to promote graphite carbon nano-tube composite material utilization rate.
