NOVELTY - Preparation of single-layered graphene/hexagonal boron nitride composite film involves forming metal thin film by heating carbon to 800-1200K using gas containing nitrogen atom and boron atom decomposition catalyst, chemical vapor-depositing hexagonal boron nitride monolayer on metal surface, cooling metal thin film, and then forming graphene layer. USE - Preparation of single-layered graphene/hexagonal boron nitride composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides single-layered graphene/hexagonal boron nitride composite film.
