DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an electrode, which comprises graphene nano-particlescarbon nano-wall composite material; and (2) a super capacitor, which comprises electrolyte, diaphragm, collector and electrode; and (3) a lithium ion secondary battery , which comprises electrode; and (4) a method for manufacturing graphene nano-particles-carbon nano-wall composite material, which involves using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), carboncontaining gas as carbon source, growing graphene on substrate-carbon nano-wall composite material; attaching nano-particles to graphene-carbon nano-wall composite material to form graphene-nano-particles-carbon nanowall composite material.
