▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst contains 20 %mass molybdenum as active component, 5-20 %mass copper as cocatalyst, and remainder of three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene as carrier. USE - Three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst is used for anode of methanol fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst is rapidly and economically prepared with high yield and reduced energy consumption, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst, which involves preparing three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene by ultrasonic-dispersing graphene oxide sheets in aqueous solution containing urea, adding soluble nickel salt to from mixture having graphene sheets content of 0.5-6 mg/ml, urea concentration of 0.1-2 mg/ml, and nickel concentration of 0.01-2 mg/ml, transferring mixture to reactor, reacting at 150-200 degrees C, washing and drying, dissolving three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene in ethylene glycol, adding chloromolybdic acid, copper chloride and glutamic acid, reacting mixture in oven, centrifuging, washing, and drying; and (2) usage of three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst, which involves mixing 2 mg three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene-containing molybdenum-copper composite electrocatalyst, 200 mu L ethanol and 200 mu L water, dripping 5 mu L mixed droplets on glassy carbon electrode, and drying at room temperature.
