NOVELTY - A graphene/ hallow iron oxide/polyaniline nanocomposites is prepared by taking 2-4 g graphite powder and 2-3.5 g sodium sulfate, adding 10-16 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 80 degrees C for 9 hours, adding 150-250 mL distilled water, standing overnight, filtering, washing with distilled water until neutral, drying, adding 100asterisk150 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 20-40 g potassium permanganate, reacting in ice water bath, stirring for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonic processing for 30 minutes, heating at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 200 mL distilled water, and reacting. USE - Method for preparing graphene/hollow iron oxide/polyaniline nanocomposites (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/hollow iron oxide/polyaniline nanocomposites is prepared by taking 2-4 g graphite powder and 2-3.5 g sodium sulfate, adding 10-16 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 80 degrees C for 9 hours, adding 150-250 mL distilled water, standing overnight, filtering, washing with distilled water until neutral, drying, adding 100-150 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 20-40 g potassium permanganate, reacting in ice water bath, stirring for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonic processing for 30 minutes, heating at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 200 mL distilled water, reacting for 2 hours, adding 150-250 mL distilled water and 10-40 mL of 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging, washing with 1L hydrochloric acid solution for 5-7 days, freeze drying, adding 60 mL of ethylene glycol, taking 0.42 wt.% of 1.68 g iron(III) chloride hexahydrate and iron(III) chloride tetrahydrate mixed solution, 0.62-2.49 g polyvinylpyrrolidone, dissolving in 70 mL ethylene glycol, stirring, heating at 200-230 degrees C for 10-15 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing with anhydrous ethyl alcohol and deionized water, vacuum drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24 hours, adding 0.8-1.2 g aniline monomer, mixing, adding 10.65 g sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain homogeneous system, adding 1.96-2.94 g ammonium persulfate dissolve in 10-50 ml of distilled water, adding homogeneous system, stirring for 12 hours, filtering, washing with distilled water and ethyl alcohol, and vacuum drying at 50-70 degrees C for 24-36 hours.
