NOVELTY - Non-woven fabric comprises 65-85 wt.% spun-bonded non-woven fabric, 10-25 wt.% meltblown polypropylene, 1.5-3.5 wt.% spun-bonded master batch and 1-3 wt.% melt-blown master batch. USE - Non-woven fabric used for refusing blood, refusing alcohol and oil. ADVANTAGE - The non-woven fabric has good ventilation property and rejects the blood, refuses the alcohol, oil-repellent, with three-cabinet effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a non-woven fabric, involving: a. weighing each raw material, putting each raw material into the stirrer for timing stirring and stirring uniformly to obtain the mixed raw material; b. conveying the mixed raw material obtained into the screw extruder, carrying out high temperature melting and extruding in the screw extruder to obtain the molten slurry; c. using a filter and metering pump to filter and measure the molten slurry, then inputting the molten slurry after filtering and metering into the spinning box body, processing spinning area in the spinning box body at high temperature, spraying the filaments by the spinning hole of the spinning box body, using the drafting device to draw the filaments, then blowing the cooling air flow by the condensing machine, cooling filaments by the cooling air flow to form the filament fibre, absorbing filament fibre on the conveying belt to form a fibre net by an air pumping pump; and d. using hot rolling machine for hot rolling the fibre net to obtain product.
