NOVELTY - Preparing self-supporting film, comprises (i) preparing anode sheet by (a) taking binder and foaming agent and mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture, (b) mixing anode active material and conductive agent to obtain a mixed solution, (c) adding the mixture into the mixed solution, mixing and stirring, then keeping warm and standing to obtain a fluffy solid A, (d)extruding the fluffy solid A; and (e)rolling the front and back sides of the sheet A with the metal current collector to obtain an anode sheet; (ii) (f) mixing binder and foaming agent and stirring to obtain a mixture; (g) mixing cathode active material and conductive agent to obtain a mixed solution; (h) adding mixture into mixed solution, warming and allowing stand to obtain a fluffy solid B; (i)extruding the fluffy solid B to obtain a sheet B; and (j) roll pressing the front and back sides of the sheet B with the metal current collector to obtain a cathode sheet. USE - Preparation method of self-supporting film for lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need any solvent, it can realize zero pollution, the technique is simple and the cost is low. The method uses the mature equipment in the current industry, without adding other equipment investment, and it can be produced in the condition of not increasing the cost so as to enhance the competitive power of the product.
