NOVELTY - Graphene conductive heat conductive silicone rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 50-300 pts. wt. conductive heat-conducting filler, 10-60 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-10 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and 0.5-2 pts. wt. platinum (Pt) catalyst. USE - Used as graphene conductive heat conductive silicone rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive heat conductive silicone rubber composite material has high thermal conductivity, low volume resistivity, better workability, good flexibility, sealing property, electrical conductivity, and is simple in preparation, easy in curing and molding, easy on-site construction, strong practicability and wide applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat conductive silicone rubber composite material, comprising (i) adding methyl vinyl silicone rubber and white carbon black to a vacuum kneader and stirring uniformly; (ii) adding hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and stirring evenly; (iii) adding thermally conductive conductive filler and stirring evenly; (iv) adding Pt catalyst and stirring uniformly to obtain mixed paste; and (v) injecting mixed paste into mold, solidifying and forming.
