NOVELTY - Preparing strong biocompatible graphene hydrogel comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, and ultrasonically shaking at room temperature for 5-8 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion having a concentration of 5-10 wt.%, (ii) adding chitosan derivative, sodium alginate to deionized water, heating and dissolving for 2 hours to obtain mixture A, (iii) adding pyrametostrobin to alkaline solution to dissolve to obtain 2-5 wt.% pyrametostrobin solution, (iv) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion and mixture A, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl pyrametostrobin solution and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, and stirring uniformly to disperse the components to obtain mixed solution B, (v) ultrasonically processing the mixed solution B for 50-100 minutes, washing three times with water, defoaming, lyophilizing at -20 degrees C for 10 hours, thawing at room temperature, and repeatedly performing freezing-thawing process for three times to obtain hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing strong biocompatible graphene hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has mild conditions, good biocompatibility, mechanical properties and drug release properties, and can be used in the field of drug release.
