NOVELTY - Graphene-based coating comprises 0.01-5 pts. wt. graphene composite materials, 20-56 pts. wt. acrylic resin emulsion, 15-35 pts. wt. solvent, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 12-30 pts. wt. additives and 0.2-1.7 pts. wt. ethanol. USE - Graphene-based coating used for absorption of indoor formaldehyde and other harmful gases (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (A) preparation of graphene-based coating comprising adding graphene composite material to ethanol, mixing to obtain graphene composite slurry, mixing additive and titanium dioxide, stirring, adding acrylic resin emulsion, stirring by high-speed shearing machine at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes, mixing with prepared graphene composite slurry, adding solvent, stirring by high speed shearing machine speed at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes and milling to fineness of less than 50 mu m; and (B) application of graphene-based coating comprising applying coating into the surface of calcium silicate board using brush or roller to film thickness of 90-150 mu m and drying at 20-25 degrees C for 24 hours.
